About the Hosts…
Iris I. Esquilin is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Find-a-Way Solutions. Iris leads the company and is responsible for its growth and its strategic development. Prior to founding FAWS, Iris served 22 years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps, retiring in 2013. Iris has over 20 years of military and government experience, specializing in areas of leadership, curriculum development, instructional systems design, master instruction, and training and education. A graduate from Webster University, Iris holds a dual Master of Arts degree in Managerial Leadership and Human Resources Management, and is currently working toward a doctoral degree in Public Management and Leadership. Iris is a Certified Coach, Speaker, Teacher, and Trainer with The John Maxwell Team.
Mechalyne “Mikki” Esquilin is Director of Human Relations for Find-a-Way Solutions. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase diversity, positive work environment, and overall enhance motivation. Mikki is currently a student at Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a double major with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Gender Studies with a specialization in Women’s Health. She has professional experience in women’s rights, and advocates for women who have been through domestic and sexual violence. She intends to educate women on their rights as women and how to empower themselves against those who threaten those rights.
