Harmon Heads to Texas With New NASCAR Sponsors

This Saturday brings Mike Harmon Racing to Fort Worth, Texas after the break and along with it comes the debut of the team’s latest sponsorship with Horizon Transport and the story of a boy with a battle that has resulted in a flood of support from the NASCAR community.

As mentioned in an earlier Heroes Media Group release, Mike Harmon racing has signed a multi-deal partnership with RV transport company Horizon Transport that will bring their brand to both Team Harmon’s Xfinity Series car. Representatives from Horizon expressed confidence and excitement over the future of this deal saying,

“We’re excited about this opportunity to reach the NASCAR community through this partnership with Mike Harmon racing. We know NASCAR fans are loyal to brands and we’re aware of the deep RV connection to racing. We think this partnership will help us find people that may be interested in transporting RVs for a living.”

Along with the newest addition to Team Harmon, Heroes Media Group, Hanro Engraving Studios and Shadow Warriors Project will be featured on the car at Texas. All three of these organization are veteran owned and operated.

This week also brings a very special cause to the NASCAR community. Team Harmon is leading the charge in rallying behind honorary member of Team Harmon 12-year-old Cole. Cole is a current patient at St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital facing cancerous tumor that is putting pressure on his heart. Doctors at St. Jude’s hope to treat the tumor with chemotherapy in an effort to shrink and surgically remove it.

Team Harmon has brought the situation the the attention to the NASCAR community and encouraged drivers, sponsors and fans to support Cole in his battle with words of encouragement. The request has been met with enthusiasm on the part of the community with Cole receiving personal items, letters and cards from all facets of the world of NASCAR. Harmon along with other racers on Saturday will be sporting #TeamCole decals on their cars for the race.

According to Team Harmon member Karyn Marinella-Cochran, “The outpouring of love and support from not only our NASCAR team, but the NASCAR Tracks, Drivers and teams from the NXS, Monster Engery, Drivers from every imaginable series and fans around the country have made Cole’s wishes come true! We are a very tight community and will always step up to make someone’s days a little brighter the best way we know how.”

Saturday’s race will be held in Fort Worth, Texas at Texas Motor Speedway and will begin at
