On this episode, we have special guest and the Founder of Eat Fresco, Mr. Rob Povolny. Rob shares with you his journey of starting a business after working 20 years in corporate America and how having perseverance and faith helped him get to where he is today. Here is some of what you’ll hear…
2 Timothy 4:7 – I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.
(8:52) Yeah, and what we asked for was not necessarily, you know, the capital or or, you know, it’s really the strength and the way To do what we can do and, and I tell you when, when you’re going through a journey of starting a business or, or just starting anything new, you’re going to learn a lot, but it’s also going to test you it’s going to test your relationship with your spouse, with your children with your friends. It’s obviously going to test your knowledge and your wisdom and your work ethic. But the lastly is really test your faith. You know, I think doing something like this, that’s extremely difficult and extremely risky, you know, we put everything on the line. You have to have some sort of faith, you know, and whoever you believe in whatever you believe you have to have something to to pick yourself up during those times where you’re like, man, is this just gonna work? You know, are we crazy for doing this? So it’s been I think it played its phase it has become more prevalent in my life for the past five or six years and it ever has, and I grew up 12 years Catholic school, and A lot of time in the church and, and yeah, but definitely the last five or six years has been tested that for sure.
