In this week’s episode, Mark and Andrea welcome Aaron Quinonez of Operation Pop Smoke! He is the Sr. Executive Director of Operation Pop Smoke, and the owner of Reliable Commercial Cleaning and founder of the veteran non profit Q Missions. Aaron shares the story of how he wanted to make a difference, and how it is not the way of struggling military and former military and first responders to ask for help. He has created this program as a first defense for fighting the thoughts of suicide, and even preventing those thoughts from surfacing. This uses a ‘community’ or team- type approach and is really an awesome way to keep people together and safe. Andrea and Mark are hoping to keep connected to Aaron and in the future maybe we can also say #ProblemSolved.
