Rob “Birdman” Hephner was raised with a Father that was an Ohio State Patrol Officer and a Mother that Served as a County and State Health Nurse, one Grandfather that was a WWII Vet and a Fire Chief, and the other that was a Police Chief.
He was raised as a Patriot to not only respect our Country and its Flag but the people who fight to keep it free and laborers that strive to make the United States the best country in the world.
