Alrighty then!  We are into Week 4, and I’m starting to get a little excited!  Now, I know that there are a few NFL quarterbacks out there who are not that excited right now because they are already hurt, and watching their backups play.  In which case, the backups will be the only starting quarterbacks on this list until they have returned, and once returned will claim their rightful spot in this list as I see fit.
