COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Things extremely looked bleak for the Maryland Terrapins for most of the first half. The Terps trailed the 22nd ranked Indiana Hoosiers by 14 with only 7 minutes remaining in the first half.
However, the fans and the players in College Park simply wouldn’t go away in what was arguably UMD’s biggest game of the season to date. Not only were the Terps facing their second highest ranked opponent of the season and a conference opponent, but Alabama graduate transfer quarterback Jalen Hurts was also in attendance.
The Terps come from behind win was led by sophomore forward Bruno Fernando and junior guard Anthony Cowan Jr. Fernando poured in a career-high 25 points and added 13 …
Two of the best in the Big Ten met last night in Indianapolis to decide who is King, Ohio State and Wisconsin put on quite a show.
With the starting QB position in question all week prior to the game Ohio State put JT Barrett behind center even after having knee surgery six days prior. After suffering a beatdown in week two, I decided to take an early bye-week for my “Locks of the Week.” I recorded an abysmal three wins out of my seven projected locks and barely limped away without having to go on the IR. But, after being labeled as “questionable” earlier in the week, I’ve now made a full recovery, and I’m coming back with a vengeance in week four by picking an astounding FOURTEEN games this weekend!
That’s right, I’m so hungry to get my win total up early in the season that I’m doubling my locks in this week! I want there to be no question as to whether or not I’m back at 100% after the bye week. …
