WGY6@6, Ep: 54 – The Birthday of our Freedom, celebrating the 4th of July
This week on WE Got Your 6@6 with THE PEOPLE’S PATRIOT PROJECT we celebrated our country’s birthday. The 4th of July brings many of us together, to show our love and support for our heroes who fight for and protect our freedoms. After opening with Dave Bray USA’s National Anthem, #Veteranmusic, we enjoyed the company of our regular guests, Mark Petersen, Andrea Eichmann, and Shad Turner. Mark shared his trip to Georgia, where he worked with one of our partner groups, Feeding the Heroes Foundation. It was a busy weekend, preparing for and feeding over 400 veteran and first responder heroes! Bobby Henlinewas a speaker and visitor and the weekend was a success. There are two trips in the near future to promote our new radio station and our veteran and first responder musicians. Tune in to WEP3 Radio to listen to the music our heroes have created and shared to help with the healing of other heroes! Exciting 4th of July meals and celebrations were shared, and many of us went to parades and family gatherings to thank and cheer for our nation’s heroes and the freedoms they allow for all of us. Shout out to Adam Bird and Heroes Media Groupfor all the help and support putting this together! Closing announcements were shared by Shad Turner of Veterans Unite, Brian Gibson of ProjectDieHard, and Mark Petersen of THE PEOPLE’S PATRIOT PROJECT, as well as “Life is Good” by Steven John Music.
