This has been a highly talked about game given the recent return of Michael Porter Jr., arguably one of the most talked about recruits before falling to a back injury and missing most of the season. KSU Defense Too Much for Creighton as Wildcats Advance

From start to finish the Kansas State University Wildcats dominated the tempo against the Creighton Bluejays during their 69-59 first-round of the 2018 NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Tournament. Creighton trailed the entire game and struggled to find any rhythm against the Wildcats’ swarming perimeter defense. Barry Brown, Jr. led all scorers in the game with 18 points.

The biggest story of the night though was that Brown held Creighton senior guard Marcus Foster (20.3 PPG this season) to just five points on just 2-of-eleven shooting. Brown’s strong performance came on a night where Kansas State was without First-Team All-Big 12 selection, Dean Wade. 18 Years, 250 Races: Detailing Mike Harmon’s NASCAR Career

NASCAR Veteran Mike Harmon has seen 18 years of NASCAR Xfinity. That’s 18 years of qualifications, 18 years of practice and traveling across the nation to take his place in the lineup at the start of each Saturday race. Those 18 years have added up to 250 races this Saturday. For Harmon, the time seems to have flown by almost as fast as the cars on a track come race day. “I did not even realize it until it was brought to my attention,” Harmon said when asked to reflect on his career. While it may feel like a blur to Harmon, every story begins somewhere and for him, that means going back to the very beginning.
